Terms of use

1. Scope

1.1 The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between Feinberg's Catering & Eventservice (referred as "Service Provider") and its customers (referred as "Customer") for the provision of all services in the catering and event area.

1.2 Deviating, conflicting or supplementary conditions of the customer, even if they are known, do not become part of the contract unless their validity is expressly agreed to in writing.

2. Booking & Cancellation

2.1 Bookings can be made by telephone, email or via the online booking tool.

2.1.1 A binding Ticketing  between the service provider and the customer comes through the order confirmation of both parties.

2.1.2 The service provider reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings, in particular in the event of force majeure, unavailability of the services or reasonable doubts about the customer's ability or willingness to pay.

2.2 Cancellations of bookings are no later than 120 hours before event date free of charge.

For cancellations within 120 hours before the agreed event date, become the following

2.3.1 Bookings for up to 25 people:

• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the event date (including individuals): 100% of the total amount.

• Cancellation 24 to 48 hours before the event date (including individuals): 50% of the total amount.

• Cancellation up to 48 (2 days) before the event date: You can cancel free of charge.

2.3.2 Bookings from 26 - 50 people:

• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the event date (including individuals): 100% of the total amount.

• Cancellation 24 to 48 hours before the event date (including individuals): 50% of the total amount.

• Cancellation 48 to 72 hours before the event date (including individuals): 25% of the total amount.

• Cancellation up to 96 hours (4 days= before the event date: you cancel free of charge.

2.3.3 Bookings more than 50 people:

• Cancellation 24 to 48 hours before the event date (including individuals): 100% of the total amount.

• Cancellation 48 to 72 hours before the event date (including individuals): 50% of the total amount.

• Cancellation 96 to 120 hours before the event date (including individuals): 25% of the total amount.

• Cancellation up to 120 (5 days) hours before the event date: You can cancel free of charge.

2.4 The fee / the then applicable percentage refers to the previously agreed total amount.

2.5 A cancellation must be made in writing (by email or letter) and confirmed by the service provider.

3. Payment

3.1 All prices of our offers are net prices. 

3.2 The agreed remuneration is paid in cash or by bank transfer. 

3.3 RecPayments are payable within 7 days of receipt without deduction.

3.4 The service provider reserves the right to charge default interest of 5 percentage points above the respective base rate in the event of late payment.

4. Liability

4.1 The service provider is only liable for damage caused by intent or gross negligence.​

4.2 In the event of loss or breakage of inventory, equipment or similar. the service provider reserves the right,

5. Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The statutory regulations shall take the place of the ineffective provisions.
