Hummus is one of the oldest foods of mankind, whose origins date back to ancient times and even earlier.
Traditionally, hummus consists of chick peas rich in protein, saturated fatty acids, cellulose, calcium, magnesium, potassium and vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 and C, olive oil, tahini, garlic and lemon juice. Tahini is a sesame paste that enriches our organism with calcium, zinc, phosphorus and vitamin E. Besides, hummus is very low in calories, with 166 kcal per 100 g. And it belongs to traditional Israeli cuisine.
We are one of the most successful Israeli restaurants in Germany and our hummus is one of the best in Berlin. Among other things, in 2015 we won the title "Best Falafel in Berlin" from Mein Lokal, Dein Lokal. Link
